18 years of age and over

Willingness to make change around substance use

You can self-refer or other supports can refer on your behalf

Priority is given to:

•    People exiting prison
•    Crisis Intervention
•    People who have disengaged early from Detox / Rehab services

 

You will be placed on a waiting list system and you will be updated on a weekly basis to inform your position on the list

 

On assessment, you will meet with the therapeutic worker that will support you in the process and will identify needs and treatment plans whilst starting the recovery awareness work.
